FUTURERT focuses on investment in immovable properties and leasehold rights of immovable properties of high quality, mainly situated within Future City Project, including but not limited to, shopping center project such as Future Park Rangsit Project building as the main assets of the REIT. FUTURERT place emphasis on the generation of benefits in the form of income from rental and service fees, or any other income of a similar nature with the purpose to generate continuous return to the trust unitholders in the long term. FUTURERT also intends to make additional investment in the assets in order to achieve the continuous growth of its income base as well as to invest in other properties and/or securities and/or to seek other benefits by any other means in accordance with securities law and/or any other relevant laws.
